Membership Terms & Refund Policy
1. Membership Nature & Commitment
Memberships are billed on a monthly recurring basis to provide your child with consistent, professional skating instruction. All membership fees are non-refundable. Once a monthly billing cycle has begun, the fees for that period are fully earned and non-refundable.
2. Cancellations
If you wish to discontinue your membership, you must provide written notice to larollerbladingacademy@gmail.com or to the phone number (786)-413-8549 at least 3 days before the 1st class of the following month. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months if a member chooses to discontinue attendance before the month ends.
3. Missed Classes Policy
We believe in consistency and value. If your child misses a class, you are welcome to make it up at a different time or location within the same calendar month, provided the session is at the same skill level. Please notify your coach in advance so we can welcome your child to the session
4. Code of Conduct & Right of Termination
We are committed to maintaining a safe, positive, and respectful environment for all our students. The Skating Academy maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding bullying, harassment, or violent behavior.
Termination Policy: The Skating Academy reserves the right to terminate any membership immediately, at any time, if a student’s behavior is deemed disruptive, harmful, or in violation of our safety standards.

Financial Impact of Termination: In the event of a membership termination due to behavioral issues, no refund will be issued for the remainder of the current billing cycle.
5. Exclusions
This policy applies to all skating class memberships. It does not apply to special events, private workshops, or merchandise, which are subject to their own specific terms.
